Makan day ~ Everyday

Everyday, chicken little will hv egg for his breakfast, mother g hv to work so this morning task of feeding little chicken breakfast falls on the lap of granny drag. mother g get someone from another village to help granny drag on this daily task so chicken little can grow up tall and sturdy.

they mention egg yolk is better for baby than egg white. what the heck so long as there is food for chicken little that taste nice, he will gladly fill his stomach full of food. chicken little shld be called pig little. suit the nature well cos' pig likes to play with their food just like chicken little. he is starting to feed himself with his 'pooh' spoon and having a hell of a good time every meal. now meal time is not only a "feed my empty stomach quick quick" time but also a "its fun to mess up the place" time. granny drag and helper is having a tough time keep up with the feeding and cleaning.


chicken little is constantly chewing and munching every hours. from biscuits, to porridge with chicken (eating himself) to broccoli to anything that can be eaten. talk about growing up. mother g and mister cow is going to work hard on the field trying to make ends meet by filling chicken little's little tummy.

Who was Humpty Dumpty?Humpty Dumpty was a colloquial term used in 15th century England to describe someone who was fat or obese - giving rise to lots of theories pertaining to the identity of Humpty Dumpty. However, in this case the question should be not Who was Humpty Dumpty but What was Humpty Dumpty? Humpty Dumpty was in fact an unusually large canon which was mounted on the protective wall of "St. Mary's Wall Church" in Colchester, England. It was intended to protect the Parliamentarian stronghold of Colchester which was in the temporarily in control of the Royalists during the period of English history, described as the English Civil War ( 1642 - 1649). A shot from a Parliamentary canon succeeded in damaging the wall underneath Humpty Dumpty causing the canon to fall to the ground. The Royalists 'all the King's men' attempted to raise Humpty Dumpty on to another part of the wall but even with the help of ' all the King's horses' failed in their task and Colchester fell to the Parliamentarians after a siege lasting eleven weeks.

Another dark sky

help! The sky is falling, yeah boy, so sleepy. Good to sleep, chicken little cuddle with the pillow wrap warm by the blanket. Sigh.. This is life.

last Saturday, chicken little, as usual visit gran d's coop to celebrate mister cow's day. finally know that there is not only 1 cow to celebrate but many other join in as well. chicken little saw grand uncle rooster and grand uncle dog beside mister cow all hovering at the big durian cake that grand aunty goat bought. yummy! oh and it happen to be grand aunty goat's birthday which mean chicken little hv 2 cakes to feast on. lucky chicken

chicken little is still learning to walk and that faithful Father's Day (*that what they call it), chicken little manage to walk 3 step hysterically. my oh my aren't mister cow proud to see tat on Father's Day, with pride and joy. mother g can only beamed with happiness that finally her chicken little can swagger his little butt.

ok ok this is not exactly a "chicken learning to walk" song but the swaggering does matches with the duck right?

where were we? right after the dinner. mother g bring chicken little back to his little coop after a stomach full of durian. that is the best dessert chicken little had ever taste. (thank goodness no cranky happening on chicken little's tummy) chicken little reward mother g and mister cow with a peck on their 'oily' cheek. (what do you expect of a face after being out the whole day?) ok. mother g sing her usual lullaby to chicken little who still smell like durian after bath. eeuhh!!

dark dark sky

dark dark outside, mother g keep sneezing. mister cow still snoring. chicken little wriggle out of his dreamland staring out of his window little, looking at the dark dark sky.

aiya. its milk time u know, mother g still pretend to sleep, finally chicken little crawl up to the bed and nudge at mister cow, (well he is the cow, so that is where milk comes from right?) not out from his teats. but into something round and 'see through' aka milk bottle la.

mister cow pass the milk bottle and chicken little happily suckle his morning beverage and end up with a satisfied smile to welcome the friday morning............

PS little: we are celebrating mister cow day this weekend.. maybe June 18 ~ 19 is a day to thank cow for their milk?

The reason to the words and history to this song were to associate wool and wool products with the animal that produces it, not to mention the sound that a sheep would make! The first grasp of language for a child or baby is to imitate the sounds or noises that animals make onomatopoeia (words sound like their meaning e.g. baa baa). The first publication date for the lyrics to this famous nursery rhyme can be dated back to 1744.

The origin?No specific origins in history could be traced for this popular children's nursery rhyme! Neither could any other verses be traced! What is also unusual is that although the rhyme only has four lines there are two titles for it - the obvious 'Two little dicky birds' and the more obscure 'Fly away Peter, Fly away Paul' which is also used!

1st time to the zoo and where mother G put me on? not horse ride. not donkey ride but cow ride.....a cow that doesn't moooooooooo!
